For some time now, I’ve been tweeting about positive and negative customer experiences, both online and in the physical world around me. The more I experience, the harder I’ve found it to encapsulate my thoughts into 140 characters. This blog is my venue for expounding, ranting, praising. I’ll also talk about work-related user experience topics, but the opinions I express are strictly my own, and not those of my employer, American Electric Power.
